1. Overview
Be Cool, Stay in Skool is a monthly community membership offered by Digital Nomad Life Academy (DNLA) for alumni and former full-members who wish to stay connected to the DNLA community, events, and resources without access to live coaching.
This membership is designed to maintain community access, peer support, networking opportunities, and evolving educational content.

2. What’s Included
As a Be Cool, Stay in Skool subscriber, you receive:
Access to the DNLA Skool community group
Inclusion on the DNLA member map
Monthly virtual networking events & co-working sessions
Access to select live workshops
Ability to host your own community workshops
Ongoing access to content you had access to during your previous full membership (e.g., course modules hosted in Skool)
Access to new non-coaching resources like meditations, AI modules, and more as added

3. What’s Not Included
This membership does not include:
Access to group coaching calls (with Christa, Julia, or Johanna)
The Nexus app or mastermind groups
Any personalised coaching support
1:1 coaching sessions (these may be purchased separately at a discount)
4. Payment Terms
The subscription fee is $47/month, billed automatically every 30 days through ThriveCart.
This is a rolling monthly subscription.
The subscription is non-refundable.

5. Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 30 days' notice to process cancellations.
If you cancel less than 30 days before your next billing cycle, one final payment will be processed, and you will retain access for the remaining 30 days.
After that, your access to the DNLA Skool community and all live events will end.
You are responsible for managing your subscription through your ThriveCart customer hub, where you can cancel at any time.

6. Rejoining Policy
This offer is exclusive to alumni who enroll before their access expires.
If you allow your membership to lapse and wish to rejoin later, the only available option will be the Full DNLA Access membership at $200/month.
You will not be eligible for the $47/month Be Cool, Stay in Skool tier again.
Additionally, if you leave and rejoin Skool, your community level and leadership score will reset to zero.

7. Community Standards
We reserve the right to remove any member from the DNLA community who violates community guidelines, behaves disrespectfully, or misuses the space.

8. Updates
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time, with reasonable notice provided via email or Skool announcement.
